and software our company provides. Unlike most free shopping
cart services, we even provide free email and chat based technical

Do I need to know HTML? |
| You can create your own layout templates
without any HTML knowledge. If you are comfortable modifying
the html code used for the store, and interface is provided
for that option as well. |

What do I need to use this
service? |
| There is -no- software to download or install! The smc
WebStoreFree service runs completely from our secure high
performance servers in a remotely hosted environment. You will manage and administer your
store from your web browser. The only requirement is a recent
internet browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. |

How many products can I add
to my store? |
| You can add up to 10 products to your store. Each product can contain
multiple options such as size, color, style, etc. If you need more than
10 products, we recommend our
smc WebStore Lite solution or higher. |

How do I process credit
cards? |
| smc WebStoreFree will allow you to login
securely to your administration and view credit card information submitted from
your customer's orders for offline processing. All information is stored and viewed in a secure
environment. To process credit card transactions in real time
you can upgrade to one of several packages
which are compatible with our credit
card gateway module. |

Do I or my customers
receive notifications when an order is placed? |

Yes! Both you (the store administrator) and the shopper receive email
notifications. You can even customize the messages sent to both yourself
and the shopper! |

Do you provide support if I
need help? |

Yes! We can provide support on any product questions or operations
questions/issues. Note that our support does not include management of your
store, or processing of your orders. There are a number of free
adjustments that can be made to the software at your request. Other
